We do NOT accept returns on signed merchandise. Due to the nature of autographs and the fear that dishonest people are trying to fake signatures we do NOT accept returns on items that are signed. We guarantee that our items are 100% real and they are when they leave our office. If someone was to return a signed item we would not be able to resell it as there is too much of a chance that the signature was tampered with.
Returns are accepted on un-signed items within 14-days of receipt. You (the buyer) are responsible for ALL shipping charges for the return and only the retail price you paid will be returned to you.
