By ordering from Coolwaters Productions LLC I am aware that any signed item I am ordering is 100% hand signed and authentic. I will not accuse Coolwaters nor its employees or clients for falsifying an autograph in any way. 

I understand that by creating an account on this website, whether or not that I place an order, I am agreeing to the terms stated within. I understand that I will be added to the mailing list and will be notified of upcoming signings, promotions, appearances and other newsworthy information that Coolwaters will freely send to me in an e-mail. E-mails are infrequent but could include a minimum of 1 (one) e-mail a week or more. Under no circumstances does Coolwaters allow any information from this site to be used or printed without our expressed permission in writing.

Coolwaters reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and can, at its own will, delete any customer from it's database and or refuse future orders from anyone one individual or person or family or entity.

CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY (commonly known as a COA):

Coolwaters provides Certificates of Authenticity with EVERY autograph ordered from our store! Your signed item will come with either an exclusive Coolwaters COA or a Beckett COA (sorry you can not choose the type of COA).

The Coolwaters COA is a tamper proof sticker that is affixed to each item that contains  an individual serial number that is trackable. The sticker will have a QR code on it that will bring you to our database on line. You can enter your serial number into the database and detailed info about the item will show. Our COAs serve as lifelong proof of the hand signed signature.

NOTE: We have discontinued our relationship with Beckett. Although current stock in our store may come with a Beckett COA we want to make fans aware that moving forward we will no longer offer Beckett services on new items added to our store nor for send-ins. Any questions you may have about a Beckett COA must be directed to them. The Beckett COAs are trackable via Beckett's database only.

FAQ about COAs:

I HAVE AN ITEM I BOUGHT A LONG TIME AGO THAT CONTAINS AN OLDER VERSION OF THE COOLWATERS COA. CAN COOLWATERS VERIFY THE SIGNATURE & ITEM?

Yes! You can fill out the form on our website and we will verify the autograph and add it to our database. Any items ordered and shipping from our warehouse as of March 2023 will have the serial number already entered into our database.

DOES EVERY AUTOGRAPH COME WITH A COA?

YES! And it's 100% secure and endorsed by our staff and clients!

EVERY COA STILL COMES WITH A SERIAL NUMBER RIGHT?

YES, we will never change this fact! Every single Certificate we send out features the tamper proof serial number. If it is one of OUR older version COAs then it has 2 matching serial numbered stickers where one sticker goes on the paper COA and one sticker goes on the actual signed item itself. The NEW VERSION is a single (one) sticker with serial number. This sticker goes on the item that was signed and is trackable in our database using the QR code. An item that is BECKETT witnessed has the sticker on the item and the item comes with a small card that features an identical serial number. ALL serial numbers are NEVER repeated and IF someone tries to remove a sticker it actually is made to be "self-destroyed" and it can not be used again. It also leaves a residue on the item that can not me removed.

WHY DOESN'T EVERY ITEM COME WITH A PHOTO OF THE CELEBRITY SIGNING THE AUTOGRAPH?

We always try to include a 4x6 photograph of items being signed or a general photo from the signing itself. We have photographic proof for 90% of our merchandise but from time to time an item may not have a photo. We always allow our clients to approve the images before we use them and should they deny a photo, then, we can not provide it. A few select clients are strict with us taking photos, so from time to time photos may not be available, but rest assure that COOLWATERS STAFF HAVE WITNESSED THE SIGNING IN PERSON! Nothing in our store is a fake or a copy!

IF I QUESTION AN ITEM ITEM I BOUGHT FROM A DEALER OR VENDOR (3rd party), WHAT DO I DO?

If you question an item that you bought from a third party simply send us a scan. We'll tell you if it is real, in our opinion. If it is fake we can provide you with a letter, on our company letterhead, that states we feel it is fake and you can use this letter hopefully to get a refund of your item and or to take legal action. Fake signatures are out there and honestly, certificates of authenticity are NOT worth the paper they are printed on (even ours). The best case scenario is to buy from a trusted source, like us, who works ONE ON ONE with the talent. However the only sure fire way to know your autograph is real is to MEET THE CELEBRITY FACE TO FACE YOURSELF! Rest assured ANY autograph purchased directly from Coolwaters is 100% real and backed by our 27+ year history in the industry!

Autograph SEND-IN FAQ:

Autograph collecting is a tough hobby, making sure things are real being the biggest issue. Coolwaters makes your autograph collecting easy, but here are some things you should know and be well aware of:

1) I (the customer) will not hold Coolwaters Productions LLC, it's owners or clients responsible for any loss or damage to an item that is hand signed or an item that I send in to be signed (when applicable). Damage can occur during shipping and or during the handling of items during the signing or in the process of re-packaging the item(s) to be sent back. Minor wear and tear will appear on any item being signed as these signed items are handled directly by the clients and our staff! If you sent something in to be signed (when approved) you understand that fragile or old item(s) that already show great wear & tear may be damaged more and is solely at your risk that these items are being sent in to be signed.

2) NO refunds will be granted, unless a signing is canceled.

3) You understand that Coolwaters Productions LLC may not be providing a photo of my exact item being signed, however I will be provided with a printed glossy photo from the signing itself. This is due to the fact that some clients don't allow us to take numerous photos during a signing event and or when we do take photos from time to time items are spread out in front of a celebrity and we try our best to show as many items as possible. Celebrities do NOT spend their days signing stuff, rather they work on new films for your to enjoy and they spend time with their families, so little tings like signings and how we provide proof is minimal. I also understand that Coolwaters will affix to all items a holographic serial number to help ensure the authenticity of the signature in the future. 

4) When we offer send-ins you understand that if a SPELLING ERROR of any personalization occurs that you will not hold Coolwaters Productions LLC or the client(s) liable for the mistake.

5) You understand that you are responsible for ALL shipping charges to have the items returned to you after the have been signed. You are also responsible for any and all taxes or duties that your country may impose upon the return of the item(s).

6) You understand that the request for pen color and or number requests (on limited editions) can not be granted. We do our best to have our clients signed things in the proper pen color that will accommodate and look nice based on the items colors, background etc.

7) You must understand that signings are not an exact science. You must understand that the celebrity who is signing an item could make a mistake. A mistake could include a smudge of the signature on my item(s) based on the fact that the celebrity's hand brushes up against the ink before it dries, or that a crease in a poster may occur from the normal handling of an item sent in. You understand that these human errors may not be avoidable and that I will not hold Coolwaters or the celebrity liable for these mistakes.

8) The celebrity and Coolwaters Productions LLC are released of all liability, all items being sent it are at your own risk.
