Shipping rules and rates explained.

Coolwaters does ship WORLD WIDE!

USA/DOMESTIC:

Customers will be offered a variety of services through the USPS (United States Postal Service). You choose the service you desire and pay the rate stated during check out. Rates are the published rates set solely by the USPS. We have no control over their rates. We charge a small handling fee of $1.50 per order for supplies.

For expensive items (over $500) we use FEDEX as their insurance is better.

INTERNATIONAL (any customer outside the 50 United States):

Customers will be offered a variety of services through the USPS (United States Postal Service). You choose the service you desire and pay the rate stated during check out. Rates are the published rates set solely by the USPS. We have no control over their rates. We charge a small handling fee of $2.00 per order for supplies.

Coolwaters would not be responsible for ANY LOSS or DAMAGE in any way shape or form. Choose your option carefully and note that "cheapest" is not always the best! 

Coolwaters is NOT responsible for ANY taxes or duties your country may implement when your package is shipped. You should be prepared to pay taxes and duties on the items you order as we will NOT claim the item(s) for less than what we sell it for in our store. We mark packages as "merchandise" only.

HANDLING FEES

We do charge a small handling fee. Boxes, tape, packing materials and the employee who ships your items are NOT free. The fee is minimal and will be added to your shipping rate that is quoted by the United States Postal Service.

RATES

Shipping rates are subject to change at ANY TIME. USPS and FEDEX set their rates and our store will show you the most current rates in real time.
